These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.tjshvacr.com and related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Separate written contracts, estimates, and invoices govern actual HVAC work. This website is not that contract.

The Site is informational only. Nothing on the Site is a binding quote, engineering advice, legal advice, or a guarantee that every unit can be repaired. Photos, blog posts, and copy describe our approach. They are not a warranty.

Estimates you see or hear are approximate until we confirm them in writing after an on-site assessment.

We work within the C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning scope. Permits, HERS testing, and Title 24 requirements may apply to replacements and other jobs.

Booking and service requests

A submitted service call or Calendly appointment is a request, not a confirmed contract. We may call to confirm, reschedule, or decline if the job is outside our trade, area, or capacity. You agree that the contact details you enter are yours and are accurate.

By submitting a form you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You consent to be contacted by phone, email, or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts.

Warranties

The Site is provided "AS IS" to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

Manufacturer warranties are those of the manufacturer. Labor warranties exist only if they are stated in the job documents for that work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, TJ's total liability arising out of your use of the Site is capped at one hundred dollars ($100). This cap does not waive rights you cannot waive under California law, and it does not limit remedies in a signed contract for actual HVAC work.

User submissions

If you send photos, reviews, or comments, you grant TJ's a non-exclusive right to use that material for marketing unless you opt out in writing. Do not submit another person's private information.

Intellectual property

The Site, logo, photos, and writing are owned by TJ's Heating, Cooling & Air Purification. Do not copy job photos or the mark for another business.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to break it, scrape it in a way that harms service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Calendar booking is provided by Calendly. Google reviews are provided by Google. Third-party links are not our responsibility. Their terms apply when you leave this Site.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is at /privacy and is part of how we handle information you send through the Site.

Governing law

California law governs these Terms. Venue for website disputes is the state courts of Sacramento County, California, unless a statute requires otherwise.
