Identifiers. Name, postal address, email address, telephone number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and a customer or job identifier we assign.
Customer and commercial information. Service address; property type; equipment make, model, and serial number; job history; invoices; estimates; payment status; warranty information; permit and HERS details; and communications about your job.

Professional or employment information (limited). If you apply for work or are a vendor, information you provide for that purpose.
Inferences. Limited service or marketing preferences drawn from your requests (for example, that you asked about a repair rather than a replacement).
Sensitive personal information. We collect sensitive personal information only if it is needed for requested services. We do not store full payment-card numbers on this website.
We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 16.
2. How we collect personal information
We collect personal information:

- From partners who help us complete a job, such as manufacturers, permit offices, utilities, financing companies, CRM tools, and payment processors, as needed for that job.
- From public sources, such as the Contractors State License Board and public listings, when relevant to the work.
3. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- Prepare estimates, schedule work, and perform heating, cooling, and air-purification services.

4. Sale, sharing, and disclosure
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under the CPRA.
We disclose personal information to service providers who help us run the business (for example calendar, email, phone, text, payment, CRM, permit, manufacturer, and hosting providers). We may also disclose personal information when required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a sale or merger of the company.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
